Our Consultation Process

We offer a One-on-One private and professional consultations for individuals who wish to explore their best immigration options, ask legal questions related to their immigration matters, get a second opinion on their immigration cases and/or discuss important documents related to their immigration cases.

Our consultations are generally offered in our office in Ottawa, however, for individuals and clients who are located outside Ottawa or outside Canada, we offer consultations via video conference (Skype), LINE, WhatsApp, IMO, BOTIM, and Facetime.

The minimum duration of the consultation is 1 hour.

Fill out the forms with information that is accurate and up to date. Then, upload all the necessary documents. Finally, proceed to the payment stage.

We will get back to you within 1-2 business days. We can give you a phone call, or talk via email! Whatever is more convenient for you.

The Initial Consultation fee is $250 Canadian Dollars Plus HST Tax (13%).
“This Initial Consultation Agreement is made, between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Rami Alsaqqa, Membership Number R510298 and the above named client, for the purpose of Professional Immigration Consultation .

The Initial Consultation fee is $250 Canadian Dollars Plus HST Tax (13%).

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

The client understands that any legal advice given to him/her is based on the information provided by the client during the consultation session

The client understands that any change in the client’s marital or work status, or health conditions, etc. can affect the client’s eligibility to immigrate. The RCIC will not be deemed responsible in this situation

The client understands that the RCIC cannot guarantee the outcome of any Immigration related application, and Cannot speed up the processing time of an application.

The client understands that he / she must provide true and accurate information and / or documents to the RCIC during the consultation session.

Please be advised that Mr. Rami Alsaqqa is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
